1. Secure Payment Process
To protect all users, Rekrutha charges a 5% service fee on each transaction. When an employer pays for a service, the funds are securely held in escrow on our platform. They are only released to the freelancer after the project is delivered and approved by the employer.
If the freelancer fails to deliver the agreed work within the specified timeframe, Rekrutha will issue a refund to the employer.
Please note: Transactions cannot be canceled once payment is made, unless the freelancer does not complete the job.
2. Payment Policy All transactions must be processed within the Rekrutha platform using supported payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
Rekrutha is not liable for any issues arising from payments made outside the platform. This policy ensures security, transparency, and dispute resolution.
3. Account Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
4. Platform Use
Users must behave respectfully and follow all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
– Submitting false or misleading information
– Harassment or abusive behavior
– Attempting to harm or misuse the platform
5. Responsibilities of Freelancers and Employers
Freelancers are expected to deliver services as described and on time. Employers must ensure timely payment for completed work.
Rekrutha may assist with dispute resolution, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain full rights to the content they create. By using Rekrutha, you grant us permission to display and promote your content on the platform for operational or promotional purposes.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
